Our return policy
Our standard return policy is 30 days from when your order is dispatched. Once a product has been returned, your device will be inspected and a refund to your original payment method will be issued. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
If you purchased your product from a retail store, please contact the store to request a refund.

Game or app refund
For paid apps, you may be eligible for a refund if you used the app for less than 2 hours and you've requested a refund less than 14 days after purchase.
To return a Meta Quest app using the Oculus app:
- From the Oculus app, tap Menu then tap Settings.
- Tap Purchase history.
- Select the app you want to return then tap Request refund.
Once you've requested a refund, we'll review your request and email you with an update. You won't be able to use the app while we review your request. It takes five to seven working days to review, verify and process a refund request. To check on the status of your request, visit Purchase history in Settings.
If a refund request is granted, we'll credit your original payment method(s). If your refund has been approved and you haven't received the refund after nine working days, we recommending contacting your payment provider for further help.

Gift returns
For paid apps, you may be eligible to return a gifted app if you used the app for less than 2 hours and you've requested a refund less than 14 days after purchase.
When you refund a gifted app, the refund will go back to the person who purchased the gift.
To return a gifted Meta Quest app using the Oculus app:
- From the Oculus app, tap Menu then tap Settings.
- Tap Manage gifts then select Redeemed.
- Select the app you want to return then tap Request refund.
Once you request to return a gifted app, we'll review your request and email the original purchaser with an update. You won't be able to use the app while we review your request. It takes five to seven working days to review, verify and process a refund request. To check on the status of your request, visit Manage gifts in Settings.
